Meet Jake

Jake Schwartzwald

Director

Jake works directly with clients, camps, and summer programs. He communicates with camp and program directors, researching the specifics of camps and programs in order to ensure that each Everything Summer® recommendation is an appropriate fit.

Jake is adept at addressing client questions and needs, and provides a unique perspective when it comes to camp insights.

He enjoys meeting camp and program directors throughout the year to understand their nuances and appropriateness for our clients, and makes on-site visits in season.

Jake attended camps in New England as a child, and spent high school summers at specialty sports camps and enrichment programs in the US and Europe. He has a BA from Middlebury College in Theatre, with a minor in Italian. Jake is an Associate Member of the Independent Educational Consultants Association (IECA).

A Summer Camp Insider

Jake brings extensive experience both working with families and with summer camps. He has worked in roles ranging from bunk counselor to Landsports Director. He most recently served as the Program Director at a premier New England camp - and spent his weekly days off visiting nearby camps to further understand fit. He has years of experience working with kids and teens in both academic and non-academic settings, and brings a unique behind-the-scenes perspective to Everything Summer’s guidance.

On the Road to College & Beyond

Jake is an associate member of the Independent Educational Consultants Association(IECA). His in-depth knowledge of families, youth, summer programs, extracurricular activities and academic institutions gives him the skills he needs to aid teens in their academic pursuits.

Everything Summer’s recommendations for summer experiences have given teens the skills, confidence, and experience necessary for lifelong success.
